What To Bring?
At Lions Legacy Athletic Academy, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable training experience for all of our athletes. To ensure that you are fully prepared for each group training session, we recommend that you bring the following items:
Athletic attire: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion during activities.
Appropriate footwear: Wear sneakers or other supportive shoes that are appropriate for the sport or activity you'll be participating in.
Water bottle: Staying hydrated is important during physical activity, so make sure to bring a water bottle to each session.
Snacks: If you need to refuel during the session, feel free to bring a light snack.
Sunscreen: If the weather is sunny, be sure to apply sunscreen to protect your skin.
In addition to these items, you may also want to bring a towel or extra clothing if you anticipate being active in a sport that requires a lot of sweating.
