Lions Legacy Athletic Academy Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility: Participants must be aged 5 to 18 years old and meet any additional eligibility requirements specified by the organization.

2. Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health and able to participate in physical activity. The organization is not responsible for any injury or harm sustained during participation.

3. Payment and Refunds: Payment must be made in full before the start of the program. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organization.

4. Conduct: Participants must adhere to the athlete code of conduct and behave in a manner that is respectful and considerate to others. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including termination of participation.

5. Liability: The organization will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the program.

6. Changes to Programs: The organization reserves the right to make changes to the program, including but not limited to the schedule, instructor, and location.

7. Intellectual Property: All materials and information provided by the organization are the intellectual property of the organization and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state in which the organization is based.
