Coaching Responsibility Acknowledgement

  3. Encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship: Coaches are responsible for promoting teamwork and sportsmanship among athletes, and fostering a positive team dynamic.

  4. Providing quality training and development: Coaches are expected to provide high-quality training and development opportunities for athletes, including drills and exercises to improve skills and technique.

  5. Supporting athlete development: Coaches should support the personal and athletic development of each athlete, providing guidance and support to help them reach their goals.

Athletes also have certain responsibilities, including showing respect for coaches and other athletes, following rules and regulations, and striving to improve their skills and abilities. Both coaches and athletes should work together to promote a positive, supportive, and safe environment for all participants.
