Program Description:

Join us for our Adult Basketball program! The session consists of open gym play for our temporary day-members. Please bring your own basketball, water, and basketball shoes. Pricing is $5 per entry and $2 per spectator entry. Submitting this form requires agreement to these waivers and indicates your athlete as a temporary member for insurance purposes.

Liability Release and Waivers

As the parent/guardian, I release Lions Legacy Athletic Academy from any liability related to participation and agree to the waivers linked in the description.

Rule Acknowledgment:

Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from the program. -No drama or disruptive behavior. -No weapons allowed. -No smoking on premises. -No fighting or physical altercations. -Respect all players and staff. -Follow gym rules and respect the equipment. -Sign up for each game rotation. -Clean up after yourself.
